can't find the coolant leak

Came home today to see my W211 E55 in the driveway with a river if coolant underneath it. Took the skid plate off and there was a good liter or 2 of coolant on the ground and in the skid plate. Only thing is I can't find the source of the leak. It's on the drivers side somewhere because coolant has pooled up on the drivers side lower radiator support where the radiator sits, also there are a couple hoses with coolant on them but they are not coolant hoses (power steering cooler line and trans cooler line) and there all the clamps and ends of coolant hoses seem to be dry. Any ideas?

most likely the radiator is leaking at the side of it. a pressure tester would be the best way to find it or just run the car and see if you can see a leak.

Check the small expansion line running from the reservoir to the engine Y pipe.

Resivoir line is fine. My best guess is the radiator. Going to pressure test today.

Probably leaking on the sides near air scoops, where the plastic meets the metal from the radiator. That's where most leaks happen. Also check the hose on the passenger side

That where mine might be leaking, the steam comes out of the driver side scoop. So are you saying it's probably the radiator itself?

If its not the hose of the passenger side being loose and leaking then it's the radiator. When you do the pressure test make sure the reservoir is almost full and you will see the leak

Check your driver side intake tube. My radiator separated at the end tank and was spraying into the intake tube. It should be pretty obviously once it dries

Yeah it's definitely coming from the driver side intake scoop and the steam when I come to a stop, is coming directly right out of the intake scoop opening. OK I will run a pressure test and let you guys know what I find. If it is the radiator as suggested is there an upgrade worth getting or just go with OE replacement?

No upgrade ... When you do the pressure test your will see the water/coolant spray right out between the plastic and metal
