MIR Track Rental 11/13/15
The cold weather is coming and I have both lanes reserved at MIR (Maryland International Raceway) on Friday November 13th. One lane will be strictly for drag radial/slick tire cars and the other lane is for everyone. Cost is the usual $100/car (cash at the gates) and the rental is from 9AM until 5PM (Track isn't usually ready until 10AM). If you would like to pitch in for extra track prep let me know and I can send you my paypal address so I know in advance how far to have the extra prep. Lunch will be catered by Famous Dave's for $10 (sandwich, side, and a drink). Fingers crossed for a great DA and records. Who's in?

Your magic flying pulleys?
There were about 10+ at the last rental and even more planning to come this time. You should make the trip

We have E85 but it's not readily available. Theres several fast V's up here. Have you ran the car down your way to see what it runs? I ran a 9.98 over summer in the GT500 but had a ridiculous 1.41 60ft and only went 108@1/8 and 9.98@136. Last week I was trapping 110-112 at an 1/8 mile track so with some luck I'll be 9.60-.70's if I can keep the 60ft's down.

I have not run it down here yet, but similar setups as mine on e85 are all making the same power coming out of the Vengeance Racing Shop. We are traping 138-140mph at 50* and 100-200DA.

I would post the slip but I'll wait for him to. Let's just say he didn't just break into the 9's. He's well into them and that was the first pass and spinning on the 1-2 shift

Congrats, glad to see you never left the platform. You certainly push the envelope and make it hard for others to keep up. I wonder if this is what is needed for a certain Florida boy to rebuild his V8TT?:
I feel bad for the guy that ran a 10.3X next to you only to walk away feeling his car was slow. Way to go, I'm sure you aren't done yet.
