Is anyone in the body shop business?

So I've been looking for a clean title E55 recently and was asking around everywhere. A buddy told me that his cousin has a AMG salvage yard and that they have complete crashed cars for sale. So this got me thinking. Why not just a lightly hit one?
So he sent me some pictures of some lightly hit cars.
All I need is some insight on how much it will cost to fix to near perfect condition. I'm asking you guys since you guys have the cars right in your garage and can see what it looks like.

Probably a salvage title right?
The OEM parts will cost you but you can go aftermarket (DEPO headlamps); the Suvneer front bumper; misc bolts; probably 4k or so to fix and paint?

Did the airbags go off, how long has the car sat in the yard? Hidden damage. Little things can be costly. Tires, brakes, mechanical issues, All these things need to be taken into account. If you dont have a family member in the biz, I would steer clear and buy from a reputable member or dealer. Save yourself a lot money, time and grief.

No airbags went off. Sending an inspector to check it out. Have people in the auto body business. And immediate family in the parts/service of cars.

That damage doesnt look that bad, problably totaled due to OEM replacement cost. Theres a guy on here who fixed a salvage E55 not too long ago. let me see if i can find him.

Original thread
His screen name is A4turbo and he list his location as Fresno CA. He could probably tell you what its worth and how much to fix. Not sure the last time he's been on the forum tho.

Good luck!

Already sent him about 3-5 pms with no response.
It's ok I'm going to bite the bullet and pick it up. I'll find an inspector that has body shop estimator experience and ask him to go take a look at it. The service history is the only reason I'm gonna buy it to be honest. It's an extensive service history and that should be good for my wallet in the long haul.
But if not I can pick up that CLS55 I was talking about in the other thread.
