Is there any advantage to a tune on a 100% stock E55? I want to retain the reliability of a stock car, as I am not going to race it. Just looking for a good kick in the pants when I bury my foot in it occasionally. Also, is there any advantage to putting a higher capacity intercooler water pump on the same stock car?

Doug you need to click on the link HeissRod provided and read a bit. As far as the price, it is best to contact tuner directly.

Most mail order tunes run around 400. Some are less. I got a great deal on mine
Check around and stick with proven tuners with good results

They are the best and you Will get the results. Too rich for my blood. But that's cheap you want to see ridiculous look at renntech prices. $1400 for an intercooler pump.

And as long as someone is stupid enough to spend $1400 on a intercooler pump, they will keep those prices.
