Before ordering, best to contact the seller to make sure the correct filter size,

cause AFE got a multiple part #s for Dry or oily filters & differ part #s for differ countries spec..!!

Ive had stock and K&N, the K&N felt a little better up top and you could hear more supercharger whine. But, nothing beats paper filtration. I only put in K&N last time around because I had no other option readily available. If I had the choice I would go back to stock filters. Not worth the extra foreign particles entering the engine for a few hp.

Same here, Oem. Not looking for built up contaminants entering over time for minimal to no gains realistically.

They are oiled, but I've been running green filters with mo problems. Definitely noticed improved power with them.

Any oil in induction tract leaves stickie coating on supercharger rotors and housing not to mention the small passages in the heat exchanger. It really is best to go with a dry paper element.

MANN makes the OEM air filters and oil filters you'll buy if you walk into a dealer. Their aftermarket filters are the standard by which all others are measured, which is why they've been around for decades. They're made in Germany. No mexico or chinese made garbage.

If you want an oil/air filter, you buy Mann. If you want a belt, you buy Gates. That's why Mercedes has their logo on it right next to theirs.

I had in K&N's in for about a year, there was no noticeable power gains and I went back to OEM filters yesterday. I plan on keeping the car and don't like the idea of particulates getting into the blower/engine...

How about continental belts? My supplier sent me both the SC and serpentine belts by continental... Haven't installed them yet

My air filters on a 2013 CPO C63

Hello everyone -I was doing some routine checking on my new (for me) c63 2013 and decided to have a look at the air filters -I was shocked that they had not been changed under the "CPO 132 pt. inspections" and the manual actually confirms 40k servicing interval(mine has 18k) -The picture shows how dirty these are after a few thousand miles -MB certainly needs to update their service to 20K max on the cars...I told the dealer I certainly wasn't happy about it and I found the experience somewhat embarrassing...If they were changing the oil you would think they would check the air filters, but I guess that takes too much time & effort...
