how are they installed? Do you slip them onto the existing side mirrors or do you take the old covers off and put those on

Guys they are installed with double sided tape over the existing mirror, very easy 5 minute install (if that).

Do you have another set of mirror covers for the W209? Do you make them? or do you know where I can get a set? They seem to be a scarcity for the W209.
