A lot of company's don't keep inventory. It's overhead costs and it costs to count and keep track of. You don't need the space. Remember commercial space cost 10x+ what a mortgage cost plus the logging and tracking. At best they need help with customer service. But who doesn't?

I just don't understand charging someone a hefty re stocking fee on an item that you don't even stock on your shelves. An item that you are just going to sell someone else at full price. I understand its an inconvenience, but it's your decision not to keep these items in stock. Seems a little unethical.

You don't understand the purpose of a restock fee, then. It is more commonly used for items that are not normally stocked on shelves. If an item is not normally stocked, that usually means it doesn't have enough turnover interest to invest in stock. If a company either buys or produces that item, which is then returned, the company is then out the cost of the item and any fees associated with it (shipping, labor, taxes, etc...). Only if and when the item is sold again does the company make their money back, with if being a big part of that. In the meantime, that cost is a drag on the company's finances.

My vote for MBH. 100% stand up no bs guy. When I had them on my E55, they produced the power he claimed and I had a slight fitment issue. He immediately sent me a replacement drivers side header at no charge and said when you get them swapped just send me the original one you removed.
Great products and craftsmanship. Planning on getting the DP's for my E63 TT soon.

No offense to MBH or anyone else. But, IMO Restock fee is bull**** and very slimey used car salesman like. Be the bigger man and always refund in full with an apology. Customers will respect you more. If your product is that good someone else will buy it soon and you will have it on the shelf to ship immediately… Happy customer better reviews.. Stock more parts, that's how you grow a business.

WTF? When Speedriven1 replied "No- the physical attack actually happened. It was hilarious and ineffective.", I wasn't sure if he was talking about RT or MBH, so I asked out of curiosity. Is there something wrong with that? It's not like what happened is trying to be hidden by the community.

If someone say something.. in your mind it must be true. As got greed, If you only new how little we make off our products you would know we are not greedy. Our stainless steel pricing have gone through the roof and I refused to do a price increase. In turn I make even less. Does that sound like greed?

You have no idea the situation and no idea that the guy fell off the map for months and when he reappeared It was assumed by him that I was covering the international shipping, but we were not. Now he have me a USA address and we ship for free inside the USA. The result.. his order has shipped.
