Power steering reservoir o ring
Replacing the o ring between reservoir and pump. Is it as easy as 1 bolt and remove c clip then pull reservoir forward off the pump flange. Replace o ring and put back together? Then can I simply fill with fluid or is there a bleed procedure?

That is correct---there is no bleed process!!
