Suction Fan Problem - Help please

Exclamation Suction Fan Problem - Help please
What would cause the cooling fan that's attached to the radiator to run very fast and loud like a jet turbine immediately after starting the car with cold engine?

The connector plug on the fan has 4 pins :
1- 12v input
2- ground/chassis
3- control voltage from ECU
4- control voltage from SAM (sensor inputs from coolant temp, outside temp, refrigerant pressure.

I'm assuming it's either a sensor failed, or a faulty fan.

2003 CL 600
Could be a failing fan, or a working fan receiving a bad input causing it to run full speed on purpose.

Check actual values in SDS.
