Yep, m150 + dev package would be needed for motec, then from there a m150 for end users + patch harness if anyone went that route.
I chose alternative options and will continue to as the assumed benefits of motec aren't viable from my perspective

Spit his nut sack out when you type please. Feels kinda awkward when you read *deleted* like this. On a side note? Do you have ANY clue what many of us do for a living or what we have? Of course not. You are the reason why people choose abortion.
Uh, never mind. I will leave this one alone.

Actually, it has been accomplished on the Evo 8 stock ecu using opensource tuning. There is also a couple of flash options as well that offer it (FITECH, COBB) for Evos and STIs.

Howdy All!
YES!! Flex Fuel is on the way! Because of the fuel volume demands of Ethanol, and the status of a lot of member's vehicles, we are limited to about 600whp/650wtq on the stock fuel line (on E)... Keep in mind that this car is stock blower, stock heads, stock cams... only bolt-ons! I will be making a formal post once I have the lids out of production! If anyone is interested in lids, please let me know - I have 10 being made, but also have the ability to ramp that up if enough demand for them exists
SYSTEM WILL BE ****FLEX****, which means you can run whatever tune your running, plug in the kit, and fill up with ethanol, and enjoy an instant increase in power. then when that tank is empty, go fill up with 93/91, and realize what you have been missing!

I'm always interested. HOWEVER, being the bad man that I am (and let's be honest, I'm also a bit of an *******) I have a few questions.
1. For those of us already running 550cc injectors, will we have to get larger injectors or will we be good to go? If not, are you hocking onto us modified stock injectors which could cause inconsistent and imbalanced fueling? Understanding that to run e85 requires a 30% increase in fuel above stock levels (rough average), I'm not sure the math works out. I calculate 650cc injectors to make 650 crank horsepower with 80% duty cycle, and 520cc at 90% assuming .55 bsfc. http://injector-rehab.com/shop/Injec...Selection.html
2. Given that this post doesn't fully make sense, usually a flex fuel tune requires some level of tuning to truly maximize it. Are you trying to sell a plug and play flex fuel kit or does this actually include a tune? If it doesn't, there are already universal kits out there that do this developed pre 2010 but are not performance based.
3. How much should we expect to pay for this?
4. When should this be available to the public?

It seems this is a modification of the pulse width post ecu, or possibly a table switch on the main using the external box as the sensor compute.
Even if it's a bit crude, (not that I am saying it is), even just the into of e85 will increase knock threshold.
Development of the drop in fuel tank hats is big too. Not that complex but takes time.

1. There is no question you will need to beef up your fuel system... -8AN from the tank, raise the fuel pressure, and get AT LEAST 650cc injectors. (Depending on what power level you want to be at)
2. Zero tuning required and you WILL MAKE MORE POWER... That is a guarantee... made 80+whp on a Hellcat, no tuning. Make 50+whp on an SC M3, no tuning. Made 50+ whp on an E55, no tuning. You can obviously get more from tuning, just as you would on race fuel... but its not required.
3. You are responsible for your fuel system for the most part - at least for now... I can tell you exactly what to buy, show you how to install it - or you can figure it out for yourself. I'm just more interested in people making big power on E. The Kit: Controller, Integrated Circuit FlexHarness, Fuel Line with Ethanol Sensor - Plug-N-Play. $1,400 for those who have a fuel system ready for it. For those who don't I am actively working on it daily for you
4. ASAP
Thanks!

Alc, Alc, Alcohol requires twice the flow of Gasoline. Hence larger injectors fatt feul pumps and good tuning.
The holley dominators I used to run were flowed 2x the rate of Ethyl.
Mabye 800cc injectors, EC stage 3 with Twin VW GTI Filters.
Just a hunch
