Which 65 wheels to go with ? CL or SL ?
I have been looking for a set of SL65 or CL65 wheels and I found a place that sells both but I am not entirely sure which one fits best on an E55.

What are offsets for both? and which one do you guys recommend ?

I believe the SL65 wheels will fit the e55. The CL/S won't work as the rear offset is 60.

I had to mill 10mm from the flange face on the SL55 rear wheels I put on my E55. Fronts were ok.

If you are going to do it do it right...
these are titanium 2 piece and the backs are 10" wide. Fairly rare from what I gather.

Mine fit fine with no mods. Mine are from an SL65

Thank you! I realized I didn't answer your question regarding sizes and offsets. Mine are 8.5x19 ET44 in the front with 255/35/19 tires. In the rear I have 9.5x19 ET31 wheels with 285/30/19 tires. The tires are Conti DWS Extreme, newest version. No rubbing anywhere at any speed under any load. And my front end is lowered about 10mm using the washer method.
