I've been seeing this thing listed for months.
Seems like a good deal to me.

Nice car and mods. Should be on the brink of 10-11's. Didn't say anything about times slips. Many people like to start stock. Overall looks like most was covered. Didn't see SBC replaced

Mileage I guess. I wouldn't start that high. I paid the same for 1 owner stock at 84k 2 years ago

Must be because it's a 6-cyl.

But seriously, I would be all over that car if I was in the market for another one. Looks very nice and a great value if you want to mod it anyway. Nice color too.

New SBC Braking overhaul: known failure, replaced for $2,500

Could be the huge number of modes. 1 manual, 2 comfort, and 3 sport modes.....that's like 17 total modes. LOL

153,000 miles will limit interest, but I agree it seems like a good deal when you consider the maintenance and mods. The casual uninformed buyer won't see the value.

lol, that's the first thing I noticed that I would have to change.

But I think it's killer value. Only needs to remove the heads to get them ported to a Eurocharged "Stage 4"

Mods become irrelevant when the mileage is high and that money can buy you a low mileage cleaner example

+1 also $2500 to change front brake, $1200 rear brake and $1500 for radiator ?! that's way too expensive even work done in dealer.

Isn't Cutt selling his 10 second E55 for a bit more with half the miles and time slips to back up everything ?

Yes and his car is badass. People are afraid of it being a Benz and maintenance but cuts car is a YouTube legend. This platform may go cheaper than any ls1 in 5 years. People are scared.

Just got rid of the Stage 3 B5 S4, and very tempted to get into this.

I am over the "tuner" cars that are nearly blowing up all the time. Need something more reliable.

I am going to see if there is a warranty of any kind that I could get on it.

Yeah, some of the other forum members have commented that the prices he lists seem...extravagant.
I asked for copies of the listed repairs via email just now.

A buddy of mine saw an 04 with 11k go for $17k at auction about a month ago. So there are some low mileage unmolested ones out there.

Yeah, I am more into the "buy something that's already had the trial-and-error done for pennies on the dollar" mindset right now.
I have a house that is going to be my weekend projects for the next few months of good weather. It sucks to put off car upgrades because of that.

Noticed it doesn't have dynamic seats. That's why it hasn't sold.
