Transfering Mods to another E55?

If possible, I would like to buy the car, drive it for a while until my real unicorn popped up, at which time I would remove the below parts, and transfer them to the unicorn, and transfer the stock parts from the unicorn back to this one, and then sell it w/o any upgrades.
Looking for the brain trust's advice on how do-able it is to transfer mods. I am specifically focused on the ECU & TCU tunes. Are those generally off-the-shelf? I am an avid DIYer, and this will not be my DD, so down time in the garage is totally fine
Eurocharged 55 Series Performance Engine Software
Eurocharged 55 Series Performance Transmission Software
Eurocharged Supercharger Pulley with a Eurocharged 180mm Crank Pulley
Eurocharged Shorty Headers
82mm Throttle Body Kit
Injectors
I wish I could find my unicorn WITH these mods, but that's like a double rainbow unicorn, and I won't hold my breath for it.
Thanks in advance for any advice on this.
Even doing the work yourself you are going to have a hell of a lot of work to move stuff over, buying new parts to get it installed correctly for the new buyer etc
*Eurocharged 55 Series Performance Engine Software
Eurocharged 55 Series Performance Transmission Software
Easy swap
Eurocharged Supercharger Pulley with a Eurocharged 180mm Crank Pulley
Requires New OEM crank bolt x2
Eurocharged Shorty Headers
Requires stud kit with new copper nuts x 2 kits + 4 new exh gaskets...
82mm Throttle Body Kit
not too bad
Injectors
About 1hr job
To move those parts you are going to spend a lot of time and end up buying another ECU tune for your new "uni"car"n" bc they are VIN coded to the vehicle
Find one low miles and mod it yourself and replace parts as they blow up...
Or get one modded with 110k miles on it, you will have let the previous owner spend his cash on repairing stuff that failed
It was 12-13k if I remember right

This one was VERY well taken care of. The owner is getting rid of it because he has too many cars, and just got a Viper GTS. I've seen some of the service reports. I have no doubt it's been well cared for.
Yeah low teen price range.
I would just get a new supercharger pulley and shield instead and sometimes eurocharged have the TCU tunes for $199 +$299 for ECU. Wait for the right car.

So I guess i'll keep waiting for my unicorn, and start buying parts in the meantime. And drive myself insane while searching
