How do you take a TB plug apart?

I've looked everywhere, I see a lot of text on swapping ping 1-4 and 5-6

However, nothing about "how"

Considering the harness is permanently glued into the TB assembly, the only two options are cutting wires and re soldering (last resort), or taking this plug apart to swap pins...

Do you know how to crack this puppy open without breaking it?

Unless you have loads of money, I would ask for confirmation from the wahoo who made the suggestion to change pins on a sealed plug!

The plug looks like a similar design to the intercooler pump plug (quadlock) and may be "take-apart-able".

Look on the back side and see if there's a little clip you can squeeze to allow the white part to separate from the black part. If you can slide the black part down the wires, exposing the guts, you may be able to swap pins easily.

I am not sure what that even means,

but look into EPC, and you ll see that the plug and stoppers are sold separately and have their own PN, so yes, you can take it apart.

I was hoping if anyone has hands on experience instead of opinion about people's intelligence.

That's what I am thinking, but this being the male end, I think the locking tabs are inside the plug, and not on the back outside...

I can probably do it with two small L shaped pick tool ends, but I am not sure where to pry...

If nobody done this before, I guess I ll order a new plug and split this one with brute force to see how it internlocks...

Can you post a pic of the backside of that plug, where the wires go into it?

I ll take one and post it when I get home, but I didn't see any obvious tabs.

The wires end with green mini sealing boots

I just went through this same process last week with the intercooler pump connector. On that one there's a tiny little prong on the back that you can push to the side with a pick and then the pieces separate.
