Vrp lowering module

Has anyone used the VRP lowering module? At only $599 its half the price of its competitors. Is it really worth spending $1200 on a Renntech one or does the VRP module accomplish the same thing? I looking into lowering my 05 e55 here soon so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I have used in the past.
If you call them they will give you an additional discount

Bought mine from Programainc.com when they were $500. Got free shipping from them too but seems like prices have gone up

I'd hold out for a used one as they pop up from time to time on here. I bought my Programa ELM from a forum member for $260. Still haven't installed it though.

Thanks for the feedback guys. The pictures of the lowering module on Programainc.com look identical to the pictures of the VRP module on their website. I wonder if they are the same part. hahaha

Sounds like these are pretty common second hand, so that will be the route I go.

hachiroku you have PM.

Do you guys think these are worth the investment? Should I just do lowering links or lower it via STAR? The links worry me. Reminds me of cutting the springs on my first honda back in the day.

i raise my car up when i goto area's where there are speed bumps or rough roads. so i personally prefer a lowering module with controller versus STAR or links.

I think they're all (or most) made by the same company. I believe the Renntech one is just the Programa one with their name on it with the price jacked way up.
