WTB: E55, Low Miles, Must Be White!! Cash In Hand
I would really like to find a car under 50k miles but would probably go up to around 80k if the deal was right.
If anyone knows of any or you are on the fence about selling yours I have cash in hand. I'm located in Atlanta but will travel anyplace in the US for the right car.
Thanks guys!
The good: fairly low miles at 88k, it's well optioned with parktronic, keyless-go, pano roof, remote trunk locking, dynamic seats, active bixenons, and COMAND w/ CD changer. It's a Suvneer E63 conversion away from being a clean example.
The bad: Car was filthy the day he showed the car, All four corners of the bumpers were banged up and had poorly applied touch-up paint, busted lens on the driver-side mirror indicator, missing lower grille, needed rear tires, and the pano roof was stuck closed.
The worst: he's asking $18k and hardly negotiable.

I saw that car actually somehow while I was looking.. it didn't look very clean as you said. I really want something very well preserved.

Still looking though

Problem is, people replying to WTB post usually think their cars are worth thousands more, so the asking price obviously gets jacked up. We the WTB crowd, are willing to pay more and definately more than the market but it still needs to be priced resoanable though ?
The good thing about the WTB posts are, most have the cash so the transactions would be painless, I know it would be atleast with me.

Let's see for how long you will be looking for the car you want based on your specs and price demands, then all of us with the nice E55's can have a good laugh when you bump your post in early 2018.
Here's one that has it all, the color, the trim, mileage and the rest, 30k, and guess what, I bet it will sell.

I was merely responding to his reply in another thread where he commented about people not willing to pay the price.
I have owned an '06 for 3 years and know what I am looking for and definately I am in no rush. Also E55 is not the only car that I am considering so who knows what I'll end up purchasing?
Hope that clarifies things up.

Yes probably. But if the right buyer that appreciates the car comes along I might consider it. At the same time, I'm not exited to let it go.. like I've said before everyone talk a big talk and wants a perfect car but they are clueless as to what it takes and how much money goes in to achieve that. Also, everybody has a diffeeent definition of perfect. Oh, it has 75k miles not 80
