What's this noise?

could be a couple of things .....what comes to mind for me is
failing intercooler pump
bad dual idler pulley mine made a similar sound cause it was missing some of its plastic backing
or alt starting to go bad

I would agree to the intercooler pump first. I just changed out the bearings on the belt wrap kit and pulley set. They didn't last long at all if you have those installed.

This is the closest answer. Usually the oil pump chain tensioner gets weak, and allows the chain to make contact with the front cover. If someone wants this noise repaired you might as well replace the oil pump if you are that far in to the repair.
