My Race IQ Experience

I have owned my car for a few years and was very skeptical of "Tunes" in general so although the car is very modified ,It still had a very lame Kleeman tune from before I bought it. Well decided on Race IQ with Tony Lawshee and can only say "WOW" what a fantastic tuner. I had a few issues that he corrected and must have gone through 5 different tunes that he would provide on any day at any time within 6-12 hours of me sending an email , a new tune was in my email. The customer service he provides is second to none and was always on top of everything going on. Considering how busy he is that says a lot from a business stand point. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a tune. I feel confident that when I am at the track this coming year and need help ,he is only an email away. Just wanted to share my experience........

My recent tunes for both my SL55 and E55 for the fixed pulleys I installed are great. No stumbling, shifting is much smoother especially when cold. Overall great service.

I wonder if they can tune me for a 90mm fixed... I have a 180mm at the crank but want to get away from the clutched set up and not add heat to my system...

If you need someone to manufacture that 90mm for you we can take care of that. Anthony is a great tuner and does wonders with the fixed pulleys

I was worried where this post was going from the title.

Glad you had a good experience! What mods are you running any pulleys?

I just ordered my tune from Anthony and the cable is in the mail, cant wait

Hi can you please elaborate what you mean? By OE do you mean OEM? do you not recommend tuning the stock ecu?

Relating to the OP..... Tony (RaceIQ) has been an absolute delight to deal with. The tunes on my E55 have always been spot on. Emissions passed as well
I have not only had the experience of remote dyno session but also in person. Either way he is absolute top notch in terms of service and quality.
Always accessible (FB chat) is the best way, and replies to your emails within a day.
I cannot stress how important good customer service is when it comes to the question of selecting your tuner.
Did I mention he also has very reasonable prices.
Tony is one of the few guys who IMHO is like the glue that keeps all us W211 enthusiasts going regardless of mods.

Safe driving in 2018 to all.
