E55 crazy speedometer!
Greetings,
This happens to me once every 5 times when I turn the ignition on. Clock, revs and light gets as if in a discotheque! Does anyone knows why?

Why the hell do you keep reserve fuel on an e55, doesn’t it suck so much gas? I don’t think it’s that wise to run on reserve with an amg with a supercharger, I may be wrong but me personally don’t like the thought of that

Are the fuel pumps for these cars not inside the fuel tanks and don't they depend on being submerged in fuel to keep them cool during operation?
Less than a quarter tank and you're letting things get warmer than they like. IMHO.
As far as the wonky speedometer goes: Grounds. Check your grounds.

Actually to answer the question for reserve tank being low rather then immature posts, this will can cause your car to lean up as the fuel splashes side to side being low.You don't have a sump tank ..

Also you risk sucking up any particles that may be laying on the bottom of your tank, and clogging up your fuel filter.
