That "small tank cylinder thing" in your trunk is the air pressure reservoir for the Semi-active Air Suspension. Assuming you are talking about the one on the passenger side.

Did you take the time to inspect the fuel pump relay while you had the cover out? Those relays are a major failure point in the E55.

Huge fan of murder nova on street outlaws .... but with that said having a black E55 i think the black grill an such really make the car look evil .... darth vader like even.

 

 

looks like they did a great job on em was gunna do mine black but after some photoshop experiments decided i didnt like how they looked on a silver car. Good job on the lugnuts cus they stick out like a sore thumb next to those well done wheels.

 

 

Personally I look the contrast of the alloy you had seen above versus the all black. As for the darth Vader don't care for Stat wars star trek never seen that nerd herd nuisance.

 

 

Not good. That black is permanent well then the original look I prefer will no longer be available.

 

 

I've gone the murdered out look before on one of my cars. got sick of always cleaning it pretty quickly! lol..

not been reading the forum much in the past couple of weeks. are you keeping the E55 now?

 

Should have kept wheels oem silver. Car looked nice.
