E55 170 cp pulley and 77mm supercharger pulley
May I know about what cooling I have to set up on my car with 170/77
And there are good for 170/77?
Some friend told me 170/77 will make engine crash, is that true?
or I can change to 185cp only with simple cooling

A 77mm on a stock crank pulley is about as much boost that makes sense. Anymore and IATs will be through the roof and timing retarded making less, much more dangerous power.

What cooling? All of it! You would need everything out there with that pulley combo.
No offense, but if you have to ask, you do not have nearly enough experience with this platform to go anywhere near 170/77. That's really pushing it, even with oversize/additional heat exchangers, tanks, and water-meth injection. Obviously you would also need to upgrade your fuel system as well (injectors, at least). Even 185 with a stock SC pulley requires very good cooling unless you're in a particularly cold climate.
Can 170/77 be done safely? Sure (reasonably). Can it kill your engine: definitely! That's getting dangerously close to the limit of the MAP sensor: even though it probably shouldn't max it out in theory, all it takes is a boost spike for a fraction of a second (which does happen) to put the ECU in limp mode which results in crazy lean AFRs at WOT which can destroy your engine in seconds (or less).
Do a lot more reading on this forum: there's plenty of information out there. Don't even think about 170/77 unless you really know what you're doing. My advice: just stick with max 77 or 76mm SC pulley and stock crank pulley (and good cooling!). If you already have an aftermarket crank pulley, let us know what size and we can recommend a safe SC pulley. If you already have a 170 crank, you should be ok with an 83 SC pulley (plus good cooling), but no smaller.

Got it
Thanks bros
So 185 or 180 Crank only is better than 170 Crank with 83 SC or not for me?
My cooling use these item(The Picture)
550cc Bosch injectors
Full exhaust (Included Front and X-pipe)
80mm Throttle

For a bigger crank pulley, ASP is the only one I would get one from. Give him a call or email and he'll get you whatever size you want. I recommend getting it with an aluminum ring to lower the weight of the pulley. He offers it for $100 more. http://autospecialties.com/contact.html
Always use a new bolt with crank pulleys and have someone know what they're doing.
For cooling go with PLM's new 3" lower mount: https://www.privatelabelmfg.com/heat...changer-xl.htm
Also add a secondary heat exchanger: http://vrpspeed.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=60_101&product_id=211
Only split the cooling if you get a engine bay tank or trunk tank. That BMW reservoir is a waste of money.

Read the part above about someone who knows what they are doing installing the crank pulley if that's what you decide to do. You can ruin your crank and engine without following the correct installation procedures. Even experienced shops screw it up.

Finally I comfirm mine supercharger pulley size is 89mm(oe is 91mm)
Cause I buy VRP stage2 already
Which size cp is better for this level of VRP?
Now 170mm cp
change to 175mm?or 180mm?
and I think I'll use the oe injector to avoid overheating

Sorry this statement doesn't make sense. You run the size injector you need to so as to not exceed the upper safe duty cycle, ie well below static.
Stock supercharger pulley is 90mm so that is what you probably have. What are your power goals? I prefer supercharger pulleys but regardless, the SC 77mm and crank 180mm are about the same boost (14.7psi) even if their driving characteristics may differ. I wouldn't both with anymore boost than that.

Do more research, you're not ready for what you're trying to do.

Thanks all suggest bro
Some parts are given to me by friends.
I combine them and refer to you guys opinions.
I think 650ps kit is enough for me
180 cp / 90 sc
ECU Tune
Heat Exchanger
Full exhaust
Split Cooling Kit
Belt Wrap Kit
Longtube headers
80mm Throttlebody
550cc Injectors by Bosch
VRP Superflo Pump
K&N Filters

If you do all of this and get it tuned correctly. You will like the way it runs. Mine hauls a s s.
