Das_it16 is the one that hooked me up with this setup since he has a whipple now and hes been THE MAN when it come to guiding me to a good recipe for power an reliability. We did the math and according to vrps boost chart the old setup stock with 76mm upper is good to abour 14.1psi boost with headers. The new 187mm lower and stock 90mm upper should be round 15psi. At my current sea level 4500 ft i was seeing 8.5 to 9psi with old im now seeing 10.5psi and havent given it wot yet.
Also i can attest to the crank pulley giving more torque its like a whole different car its a complete animal.

Ive been occupied with the current mods im up too i did my crank pulley an my new PNR trunk tank will be here tomorrow and my intercooler should be done soon as well. And then ill install my 80mm upper and jy 180mm lower which should add 2.5 more psi an stay nice and cool. Then ill be done for a lil while. But next thing ill be doing is E85 or E40 setup.

Yeah, I get that. I've come across plenty of the threads with that kind of info too. I bought a couple things from him and have been happy with it though. Just an option to try though for us folks that really want this block off to work out if EC can't get it straightened out haha.

I know you've been busy, but have you had a chance to see where your mileage has steadied out at with the block off plate? I know you mentioned it earlier but you said you may have been a bit more aggressive with the throttle on that tank since just having the block off in.

And the modding continues this is what im up too at the moment, its mounted with poly mounts, and i have the hole made for the hoses to go through an keeps it away from moving parts and exhaust. Just putting it back together an routing the hoses, but taking a break for some potstickers.

You can see my IATs are 68.9 and my outside temp was 60
Well the install is done an wking good it does take time to do right and route it properly. But as you can see my IATs were round 68 to 72 and outside temp was 60 big improvement over before. I did a wot run from 1st through 3rd only saw 118 but what impressed me more wad within seconds it was down to low 70s, the recovery is very fast.

Its 3/4 line all the way to the front only line that is 5/8s is the one from the heat exchanger too the intercooler inlet. Since ill be changing these at some point soon i decided to just leave that line while im waitin

So custom intercooler eh? That definitely piques my curiosity...from what I've read, it's something that, although very important, seems to be an item that has never taken off in the aftermarket for some reason...
