Well been a little while since i updated my post here and so far the bypass block off is on hold til we can get the tuning figured out but its still going to be something i continue to work on with Euro and we will figure it out.
I added a center console from a newer model e series thanks to a member here.on the board that took the time to find it carefully get it and send it .... thanks Steve. I now have cup holders and love it. The wood grain isnt an exact match but very close.
I have gotten the trunk tank in solid and the lines are installed pretty nicely. Their not hitting anywhere an are very nice in the front wheel well im happy with that spot i widh i could get the rear wheel well cover in but with the car on the ground cant see anything. I have them running inside the under belly black covers an they fit great everywhere but in the rear by the gas tanks they push down on the cover i had to cut out a humped up section an secure it with zip strips an looks good but i will continue to look for better placement. But for now its workjng good and temps on a 85 degree day seems to do about 15 degrees above ambient with just water an antifreeze in there. Under hard acceleration on a 1st through 3rd run it gets to about 135 to 140 but when its starting at 98 too 100 IATs im pretty hapoy with that. I did try adding a bunch of ice and now thats the way to do it for racing cause it brought it down 25 degrees. The reprogrammed EMP only pulls just over 18 amps been running it for almost a month an its daily driven and battery and my 150k alt are running perfect voltage stays over 14.4 at all times. Starting voltage is around 12.7 and its been storming a lot so running round with wipers going, lights on, stereo booming, EMP running full blast, and AC on voltage doesnt even seem to be phased by this amazing pump. So anyone worried it would damage your alt or battery i can say with first hand experience i see no problems at all with over 2000 miles on it, i have been driving it a ton to do testing an for work as well.
Next thing I have added recently is an 83mm upper UPD pulley to match my 187mm lower crank ring. This has added 2 full PSI to my boost and with full exhaust with MBH long tubes at 4500 ft above sea level im finally seeing 12.5 psi of boost woohoo and IATs only went up by 10 degrees consistently according to all my recent testing. Love this combo and think its where ill stay.
An the most recent thing i have done is install a South German Automotive 150% valve body. Russel got me all set up an it took the adaptations a bit to get use to it but finally seems almost like its normal when driving round town but when i floor it it shifts much harder an quicker. I highly recommend it, i love it in sport mode but in manual mode its insane i can chirp it all the way into 4th haha.

Looks great, I always thought the double opening phone thing was stupid.
Is the valve body nice in daily driving? I know you said it's almost like normal around town. It sounded like Alex's one (legitstreetcars) was a bit harsh.

Glad you like the console, Chris. One of my buddies here in town has the same valve body, and the initial impression after install was enthusiastic. The harsh downshifts came as a surprise, but maybe the adaptations have softened that up a bit. Should be good for better times on the track.

So today had my good buddy perform his tinting skills to the car he did limo black on back and rear sides, then legal on the frt sides, a limo brow, and to top it off he blacked out the fogs and tinted the headlights.

Cast
Cast
Cast
Forged
Forged
Forged
Trying to decide what rims to go with the forged or the cast .... i can have the the cast by fri but the forged are 3 monthes out custom made 3 piece and only 19 lbs back an 18.5 lbs frt the size is 19x10 rear and 19x8.5 front. The cast are 24 lbs frt an 26 lbs rear. Cost wise is huge difference but getting a good deal either way

Well it's been a little while since I updated this thread I was considering selling my car but so far have not found somethin that I like better yet.
So while I wait to make a decision I decided to change my crank pulley ring to a 195 mm up from the 187 mm. I also had it sent off to grip Tech to have them do their level 3 Weld on the pulley surface which helps eliminate belt slip. :

Sorry guys sold the car monthes ago an have been enjoying my modded 2015 bmw 335i xdrive i have done stage 2 lpfp, b58 hpfp, afe intake, cts charge pipe, wagner evo 2 intercooler, vrfs downpipe, and pure stage 2 turbo and right now ita making 460 awhp an 478 awtq its hella fast from a dig it woulda destroyed my E55 cus with awd it launches like noones biz. Plus with that lightning fast 8 speed its a rocket. I plan on doing either a port injection kit or a meth kit and have the car dyno tuned should be able to get round 500 or more reliable hp. Its a great car i do miss the e55 a lil but im happy with my choice this will be better in snow, this gets much better mileage, newer and such ea has its pros an cons

So as im sure you discovered with the ECE Bypass relocator, you still have to keep the valve somewhere in your engine bay. We have a better solution.
We sell a $30 plate that block the air passage, Just remove the butterfly and you are Bypass free
