At least that tire shop knows I bring my own torque wrench for the lug nuts; I refuse to let them take a pneumatic impact wrench to the lug nuts.
I also make the installer torque my lug bolts with a torque wrench, as a impact wrench can crack a wheel due to the immense pressure it applies when tightening.
And most often torques the lug bolts down so much, you can get them off. This is the only way wheels should be tighten down.

What rotors did you put on? Are they warped maybe?

I had a tire shop install long stems on an older car. I was driving through the back roads of nowhere when the first tire deflated after grinding down on the caliper. Cars only have one spare...
