M5 is a drivers car and requires a level of skill to control and utilize it properly. The e55 is really just too simple to drive and although you have all that torque, you still have a slushy auto box

On a serious note, Brabus does build V12 bi-turbo E and CLS (google "Brabus Rocket"), I believe they are around $250,000 though and the Rocket currently holds the record for the fastest 4-door car at 227mph (set at Nardo in 2006).
