Look for just the rotor. They're a 2-piece setup so you can use your old hat and just bolt on a new rotor. People also swap to 1 piece rotors which are significantly cheaper.
I've come across a couple of places that sell just the rotor piece, but it's been awhile and I can't remember where I saw them.

As mentioned earlier the single piece rotor is a direct fit and much much cheaper. You could search for the C63 rotor for additional options, part number for one brand is Zimmerman 0004212012.

Pelican parts prices are not bad usually. They ship to New Zealand so they probably ship to Chile, you would have to check. As pointed out unless you do some track work or other serious driving I doubt you would notice the extra unsprung weight of solid 1pc rotors.

Contact Coleman Racing http://www.colemanracing.com/ They can make custom friction rings for your C63 or E63.
Or your other option would be eBay, and yes eBay sells rotors for E55, C63, E63 and C63S or E63S models.
