Perfect !!!!! Worked like a champ and drives better than originally. Very happy !! Thanks Hulk. All I have to do is turn the idle in gear down just a tad as it is up 100 rpm, no biggie.
As I mentioned before it also picked up 1lb of boost as well .

When this hiccup occurs, is a check engine light triggered every time? Are the folks having this issue running larger injectors as well? I've seen my STFT hit +25% for a brief period but it takes about 25-38 minutes of driving before I see it happen, no check engine light is thrown and no codes when I scan.

Its a tuning issue however some ecu goto some alternate map when the car is cruising and the hiccup is engaged and then they are in a lean mode until the key is cycled
some have popped their motors because they have not had the proper logging equipment and didn’t notice how lean they went, usually around 17AFR, as far as tuners making money fixing this issue on a small percentage of cars, they have all tried but imo it would take hours to fix and have the car on site and make it trigger, not so easy to do

Oh please do share. We are in winter now and outside air pressures are high, meaning every wot pull now I will trigger this lean map.. Becoming annoying. I hope the solution you have that's easy doesn't mean buying and fitting a map clamp.. Thought it could be resolved with a retune but I'm not making progress on that front..

Winter ??? !!!!! I'm frying over hear working on my deck !! LOL
Any how ....yes map clamp. Very easy to install and adjust.
On a side note I had the same issue every winter and could not understand why until I realized my boost was up a couple pounds sometimes and would trigger the lean out. Thankfully I have a fail safe set up so no issues with lean out failures.

SPLIT SECOND is the name of the company that makes the clamp....real easy to install and you only need a volt meter to set up.
Fail safe is AEM FAIL SAFE gauge. I have it tied in for the supercharger and Nitrous. Anything above 13.1 afr and it shuts off compressor or and/or Nitrous for 10 seconds and then will reset.

I made a 90MM TB install also. And a Renntech intake was installed after some cutting and trimming procedures.
Now waiting for a tune. My car is 2003 SL55 and sometimes it has that "hiccups" but never in WOT.
Throttle body is a billet one for DODGE challenger. made a plug for it by myself. Internals and bolt pattern is similar to BBK.
The snout was a fun project to do during lockdown )))

Was doing some maintenance to my wife's Durango and noticed her throttle body looks awfully similar to mine. I had my throttle body off for cleaning last week, so I got a good look at it but did not have it off my car at the same time as the Durango, so I couldn't do a side by side comparison. Durango throttle body from the pentastar 3.6 is 80mm.
Anyone know if this would be compatible with our cars? Seems like finding pentastar 3.6 parts would be easy and cheaper than other options.

Former Vendor of MBWorld
Probably works, but not worth the time and effort at this point if youre going to upgrade the TB just get a Hellcat 92mm.
Our snout supports both 90 and 92, with a 105mm version being released next week
