Väth does some pretty impressive kits both tuning, wheels and body parts. I haven't seen a single post on MBworld about anyone using their tuning for their M113K cars.
Just curious, would like to get opinions and feedback from anyone using their tuning package.
Their website claims 565 HP and 568 lb ft torque with a bigger crank pulley, water pump pulley, air filters and a tune. No mention of the pulley size.

I have looked at Väth before but their prices are pretty expensive. From what i understand they have good representation in germany and said to be equal to the big tuners like Brabus.
Tune for the cls55 cost 3451 euro, they claim 565hp tough which is good if it's correct.

Good luck getting ahold of their stuff in North America... or for a 16 year old platform.
You can just buy it from their website. Shipping worldwide.
Sure getting their stuff will be easy worldwide, they have some cool stuff for all Mercedes platforms but pricey. I look forward to anyone who has used their tuning packages. I have seen Väth cars in Dubai, but haven't had a chance to drive one nor interact with its owners. Seen 3 E55s and a SL55 all with the infamous triple exhaust tips each side.
The numbers look healthy and I assume they are atleast using a 175mm crank pulley.
They still make carbon fiber parts for the W211 including the wagon, I checked the price for the diffuser and it was expensive! But that's the price I guess for the only company making carbon fiber diffuser for the S211.

Yeah, try getting a return email from Vath, that will be the first test. Vath can suck it as far as I'm concerned.
Tell us more!
I've actually sent them an email regarding their ecu tuning. Let's see if they get back to me.
Looking at their Facebook paged they have mixed reviews. Some really bad ones, ecu sent back to costumer without a tune, wrong parts being shipped and refusing refund etc

I honestly do not know how they're re still in business. They must have some steady, regular clients on retainer or something because they are NOT worried about their image.
MB World Stories
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
ExploreI had sent an email requesting for pricing for the tuning. They sent back the price list. I'd also asked them about the pulley size and the reply was 179mm which I assume is either a 180mm or 178mm.
I called and spoke to their export manager and he answered my questions patiently. He highly recommend their fuel cooler which he says most of their customer use and the results are good increase in power. He also mentioned if on finalizing the requirement, a small discount can be worked out.
I had a question about their intercooler (heat exchanger), they are expensive. The more expensive one actually is with a trunk tank, plumbing etc. Overall pricing is not cheap and similar to Renntech. Americans already have access to reputed tuners, Väth may be of no interest as they have no presence in the US.
I liked their wheels, the V2 and their forged. The headers are mids and cost EUR 3000! Overall nice Carbon Fiber parts price aside.

Attached pricelist is from MEC Design and not from Vath.
I can't see aything for W/S211 on Vath's webshop located here https://www.vaeth-tuning-shop.com/
Would be nice if you had some pricelist for E55 as the only model with a M113 which is present over there is the G55. There's zero engine related parts unfortunately
Funny... I bought a car made just across the border, to find out that the best aftermarket support is across the ocean... I thought that modding a Mercedes will be easier than modding a Jeep over here but I was wrong...

On their website they do not have the W211 listed. I had initially referred to the W219.
MEC Design exhaust is on my radar and will be getting one soon. I was wanting an Eisenmann and they have discontinued the wagon version. MEC makes one and the Apocalypse version sounds brutal. I'm planning on doing it along with other mods one I finalize on all the mods and do it in one go.

Sure Phil, I was planning to buy a few stuff from your website. American is way cheaper than the German parts. Will be needing some cooling upgrades. Originally Posted by VictoryRoadPerformance

The pricetag on the big e55 pkg is insane at 34 000 euro.
Recarding mec design exhaust, i been looking at them too. As late of last month i got a 25 % discount on exhaust. I did not buy since my car is in the shop but write to them and see if you can getva better price.
