Need Help Identifying Damage on SC

2004 Mercedes Benz E55 AMG
Looks like something got stuck in there and gave her a mark. Please share a video maybe to see if we can hear a clacking noise (pulley hitting something) or if it runs nice smooth. My guess is something was left in there and got caught in the action and came out on its own

Did you purchase the car like this? My guess is someone swapped out or took off that pulley at some point and used the hose clamps method on there without putting any from of tape or protection under the clamp and with the torque applied it was rotating and slipping scratching it up.

Looking at the photo, one can see on the "peg" to the left of the pulley the indentations where the hose clamps were resting while the mechanic was torquing the bolt off.

I appreciate all the feedback. I bought the vehicle from the second owner, who had Anthony from RaceIQ do a stage 2 tune as well as upgrade to
UPD M113 AMG 83 MM Supercharger Pulley and
UPD M113 AMG Belt Wrap Kit.
There are no weird noises or clacking. Definitely runs smoothly. Based on the feedback, sounds like it was a one time thing.
