Have all of you addressed your subframe bolts? I’m trying to assess whether I should preemptively replace using @JoeJErnst write up. It looks straight forward but I’m still a bit leery about drilling into the body. My car’s stock but am contemplating a set of MBH LTH & tune eventually and will probably hit the track at least once a year (on street tires)

@99lightning do you just have MBH headers or midpipes as well? Would love to hear your exhaust if you have a clip

I highly recommend addressing the subframe bolts. I tore my bolts out the subframe on the street with drag radials. I used high strength rods to bolt it back and fastened it in the trunk. So far so good for about a year now.
If interested, I can supply the strength rod and fasteners used.

nice, that’s the setup I’m eyeing. You had to weld the headers to the stock exhaust or clamp it? I see the headers flare out at the end so maybe they slip over

@99lightning much appreciated. It’s been difficult finding a clip of someone who just did LTH and didn’t mess with anything else. Sounds good 👌🏽

Does the noise come from the engine bay or the passenger seat?
