Rear toe link bad...?

Rear toe link bad...?
Hey all, its been a while, hope all of you are well.
2007 E63
I purchased rear toe links from a member on here (new), that I think were made by Ultimate Performance and Design.
For what I think is the 3rd time, the Heim joints have gone bad and the rear tires are hunting for toe, which is very concerning while driving, not to mention the visions of complete failure at speed....
I have called the company, emailed and FB messaged to no avail....
Does anyone know how to reach them or even better yet, know the specs of the Heim joint so I can source them via MCS or Granger?

the heim joints have play in them? i've had UPD arms for 4-5 years now and they still seem tight. although none of the available arms we have in the aftermarket are ideal in design, mine haven't gained any play in the heim joints yet. i have emailed them through their contact form on their site. additionally, in the past i've private messaged @shardul directly for issues with these arms.

Thanks Joe, but I'd rather keep the toe links I have and get the Heim joints replaced... I'm just a bit frustrated that no one is getting back to me from Ultimate... Challenging to support another forum member here when no one picks up the phone, responds to email or FB messages....
Pie Rat, jack up the rear of the car and when the wheels are off the ground, grab the rear wheel at 9 and 3:00 (or 8/4:00) and move back and forth like the toe would move. Mine move almost 1/2 inch..
Clearly dangerous if they broke so at this point I am not driving the car

How did you come to the conclusion that it was rear toe and not front? Excessive play? Out of spec?

One indicator is excessive wear on the inside of the rear tires, that alignment can’t correct.

In this case, admittedly, I have a long background in road racing, so I am in tune with paying attention to each corner of the car individually. But, In a global sense, on corner entry (of about any corner, especially at speed), you can feel the rear of the car "step out" just a bit. You feel it in the seat of your pants. Additionally, you can feel it when you cross over a longitudinal crack. The rear moves first. Its more of a slight shimmy in the seat, a quick, small jerk back and forth. The car feels like its jumping around, which in my case, the rear tires are each jumping back and forth as toe changes.
Additionally, I jacked the car up and with the wheels off the ground, grabbed each wheel at 9:00/3:00 and 12:00/6:00 and tried to move the wheel either up and down, or left and right, trying to feel for any play or free movement in the wheel.
In my case the front is tight on both planes and the rear wheel moves about 3/8-1/2 inch on the 9:00/3:00 plane.
Did the same thing while under the car and its easy to see the rear toe links slopping around...
As to looking at tire wear, yes, that is an indication of a car being out of alignment on toe (or camber), but that wear comes over time traveled, meaning the toe needs to be out for some time/miles.

Interesting. Right now I'm refreshing my front due to the car driving like a loose train under wot. Tons of tourqe and bump steer. Going to have a look at the back as well. Didn't find any play last time I checked though.
