I think that's normal, mine does that too. You can see the boost drop around 0.1bar nearing 6k rpm

Enginewise i have mid tube headers, no primary cats, stock secondary cats and a stock W211 E63 exhaust. Supercharger has no bypass valve, Kleemann camshafts and a 80mm throttlebody. For cooling i use a Pierburg CWA100 pump, W220 S55, W213 E63 and W176 A45 heat exchanger. During cooler ambient temps (8 degrees Celcius) i logged the car at 7,1s. TCU is also not stock. With all mods the car was custom tuned on a dyno. It came out at 570hp/ 740Nm @ crank last summer.

Can do it without install blow off valve?
Block off your Bypass Valve with these Stainless Steel VRP Plates.
We couldn't stand seeing people paying $85+ for a literal Brick That was a horrible way to Delete the Bypass.
Other companies sell bypass “relocation kits” and call them delete kits, With those you'll need to find a place in your engine bay, to leave your bypass valve plugged in!
With our plate you leave the bypass in place and simply remove the factory butterfly. ECU is Happy and you dont have to stick your Bypass in your cabin air filter compartment.
You will need (2) lower gaskets to run this plate (We do offer a gasket kit with both lowers and the upper seal for $18)

Proper set up Whipples run 5-6s 100-200kkph iirc. My car is not really stock, only my boost is pretty much stock. I went with another appoach than most people and kept the boost pretty much stock (0.7-0.8 bar) stock pulley milled down from 91mm to 88mm, but reduced some weight on the car where i could. I had the interior apart and removed excess wiring harnesses and old japanese ecus, from the Teleaid system etc, i didn't need anymore, which was about 8kg. My suspension is lighter than the airmatic, and my seats are also lighter than the stock seats. I also removed the secondary airpump and some other stuff, which all adds up.

I had same issues and couldn’t understand where is my boost.
Switched to 76mm STEAL pulley and now log 15.5-16.5 psi
