It took a while to get my Aeroquip fittings for the valve setup but they finally arrived and now the killer chiller is fully installed.
This first picture is of the drag valve. I will insulate it after i know for sure it doesn't leak.
This is the kc valve that allows you to shut off the kc and have 100 percent in cabin ac.
All installed
Next up is finishing the wiring.

I also wrapped them up in a dry bag to protect them during the installation and keep them mint.

Ok guys a quick update on the project:
The engine bay is done and all mods fit perfectly
The 3way valve is installed and plumbed up
I reused the factory headlight sprayer routing and mounts for the valve wiring harness
These Duetch connectors are fantastic. Ive used them on past projects and are very durable, high quality and water tight.
I also ended up moving the horn to the drivers side on order to make room for the KC valve
Next task will be running water lines to the trunk and wiring up the pump.

The water lines are now routed and mounted in place.
A few pics of the lines from front to back:
From the 3 way valve under the passenger front
Over the passenger fender liner
By the washer tank into 90 degree high flow bends then under the floor panel
used the exhaust hanger and a rivet nut to bolt on a hose routing clamp. This keeps the hose well away from the half shaft
Very carefully cut two holes in the single wall section of the trunk floorboard. Used touchup paint on the raw metal to prevent corrosion before installing gromets
Next up is finishing up a bit of wiring and then testing everything out and checking for leaks ect.

It's been about five months since ive driven the 55 so im looking forward to crusing her this weekend.
The trunk tank reminds me of a flux capacitor now that it's installed and running.

Everything is installed and running well at this point.
After a half hour of idling the rear tank temp was 44 degrees Fahrenheit and still falling. Very impressed with this new killer chiller "race" setup.
I need to load up the new tune and then ill do a few wot pulls to see how she runs.

Watched the vids. What part of NC? I’m in SC.
Owned since 2008? Wow, your car is super clean. Love it.
Would like to do the KC one day also like you did your install. Clean and hidden, nice!
Exhaust is like mine. Love the sound it has while normal driving and plenty at WOT.

These guys are great to work with. I used orings and a light layer of marine sealer to sandwich mount mine. The idea worked great and was courtesy of Beaux at boatpluglight.com.
