Arnott rear springs (AMG version) ride better than my stock AMG springs.
I disagree, it takes only than a simple 5 minutes. As it’s a pain in the *** getting under the dash.

Only if you're fat, and not trim.

I’m neither of those, and I still disagree with your 5 minute timeline. The difficulty being your on your back, in a contorted position in tight quarters. Now if you were to remove the passenger seat, then less a 5 minute job at best.

Without the rear shocks your car would just bounce around all over the road.
Yea I have replaced both front struts with Arnott units as well as both rear shocks and both rear springs. The rear components are less than a year old. The car just feels extremely stiff. Bumps are jarring, and not at all how I think it should be. Need to hook it up to xentry I guess and see if I can find something wrong. 222k and climbing, so I fear most things will start failing any time now.

Use a power driver, with a long torx bit, and a short to medium one for the rear cover bolt. It's seriously a very, very fast job. On my older V12 BMWs you had to take the entire dash apart which was almost a 6 hour job. This is a joke by comparison. 5 Minute job.
