Snorkel Mod? Yes or No?

Ok, I just ordered a SL55 snorkel from Beverly Hills MBZ and it should be in by Friday. Its $13 bux so I could care less if it made a difference or not. My only questions are: 1. Is it gonna f*ck up my car at all in any way 2. Do I have to modify the snorkel in any way to fit in my car and 3. Should I use the SL55 snorkel or the S55's snorkel? Also, if anybody currently has this mod please give me some feedback. Thanks!

You need the S55's driver side snorkel, not the SL's. Hopefully it is not too late to change the order. The W211 has quite a restriction on the driver side intake to get around the radiator. You will be very surprised how uneffiecient it is when you take it out. The S55 does imprive breathing but I would not expect huge gains from it. For $13 though, why not? Hope this helps.

It's one of those breathing contraptions some swimmers use to get a good view of what is under the water.

Street test of Snorkel Mod..Will be done.

I have my new S55 snorkel tub on my desk now. It is 2X as big around at the same point where the E55 tub gets pinched. I will install tonight and race my brother again to see if any diff. This is my form of a dyno since we race often and know what our cars do in a race.

oh, my bro's car 98 Supra TT BPU+++++ he runs 100 octane and meth injection and Drag BFG's. No NOS!

Will post results in the AM. I am also going to put in 1/4 tank 91 and 1/4 tank 104 race gas then put 50-60 miles on car to let it get used to the gas and new snorkel tub.

Beverly Hills got you for $13bux? In Anaheim Hills Caliber Motors only $10. And I have heard can be bought for as little as $7. But I am like you $10-$13 for any help at all is worth it. So I paid the $10 konowing I may be able to get for $7.

The blue snorkel above.
Is that used to see under water? As stated above? I believe you use a snorkel to help you breath easier when diving. And that the MASK helped you get a good view of what is under the water? please help clear this up.
I am about to go buy 2 of those blue snorkels to hook to both eyes and go diving if they work as you have stated.

I am going to stand by my previous statements in hope that you will do as you mentioned and then show us pictures of your dive.

I hope to post pics soon. Should be the most viewed post in history of MBWorld? I have trained many years with the worlds best divers but this will be the ultimate. Ha HJa Ha

I thought I would add a little of my sick humor.
