Hemi powered AMG?
This is stage 1 of the process.... the questions.
I understand some of your questions are why? The E55 makes enough power as is & if you want a charger than just buy one. Yes that maybe true for you but not for me. I like my E55, & the power isn't much in today's market. A biturbo v8 will smoke a e55 & the limits on the newer v8s are much higher.
ultimately the goal is to make a sleeper. Now u are thinking "its a amg everyone knows it's fast".... that maybe true but remember in 2021 it can easily be smoked. No one will think it's a low 9 high 8 second car.

the power plant plan
hellcat engine stroked to 426 (or stock bottom end) with a 4.5l Whipple (possibly stock to start)
all can get me over 1000rwhp with little effort.
Fitment is going to be great, frame rails are the same width as a charger. Transmission is going to be a Nag1. The Nag1 is a 722.6 but the Chrysler version and can hold the power. Drive shaft shop axles & drive shaft to transfer the power & LSD with stock gearing... why? The amount of torque will nearly double with the power I plan to make so I would like to use it.
fuel will be something I will likely borrow from the aftermarket hellcat world.
If you don't know the w211 & hellcat car are very closely related....

That's my issue. I know Chrysler/hemi wiring & can bus but not the benz from this era. I will not use a hellcat pcm because it's too new & far down the evolution branch to adapt to the w211. So I will be forced to use a early hemi pcm likely from a 6.1 srt vehicle. But with using that pcm I cannot control the hellcat stock blower. They do make stand alone to control the blower but I can sell the stock blower & add a few grand & upgrade to a 4.5l Whipple. I would have to go inside the motor & change the crank wheel. So I would likely stroke it....
I would like to use my stock MB key & get keyless go to work. I want my dash to would aswell along with as many stock functions as possible including AC.
Do anyone has a PCM pin out for a 03 E55? I can't find it on alldata. What I wonder if I pin in the PCM will it work. The 6.1 pcm doesn't use a built-in TCM & uses an external one that looks exactly like the stock 722.6 one.
The mechanical parts are worked out... it's the electrical part on the benz side I'm not sure about.
What speed is the PCM bus using for communications? 4.5V communications at the "star connectors"?

Where are you located? What will become of the original E55 parts? (motor, trans, ECU, etc) Do you have a stock E55 bumper you'd be willing to part with?

Power levels has went up to possible 1500hp. I goal it to get it running first so a stock old 5.7 will do. I have several hemis around pretty much all sizes from old 5.7 new 5.7, 6.1, 6.4, 6.2 hell a 7.0.
I've had several failed attempts of project cars over my youth. One thing I did want keep go fast part's. From meth kits, fuel systems, & a lot of hemi parts. Pictures will be coming soon.
