12.56 for my best time last night at the Gainesville Raceway
Had a great time running this car. Got lots of looks like "What's he doing running a 4 door Mercedes and actually wearing a helmet (like he's going to run under 14)." There were 2 or 3 folks who came up to me in the staging area who knew what the car could do but the others were rather surprised.
It was crowded so I only got 5 runs and thus kept traction control on the whole time. I noticed a slightly better start after a quick burnout.
Best Run was a 12.56 @ 111.89 with a 1.91 60' time.
Best start was a .018.
Best 60' was a 1.882 which became my second best run at 12.57 @ 111.19.
Here is a video clip of me beating my other car- a SMG M3 convertible. My buddy was driving who had no practice at launching and thus ran a 14.3. Done correctly, the M3 should be at 13.9 or so.

I ran almost the exact same time last week. A 12.57 @ 112.56 with a 1.92 60' time. I had been running much slower, only 12.8 to 12.9 @ 108 to 109, but decided to let the car cool down to see what would happen. These cars really seem to be sensitive to heat. I will try to run mine later in the year when the temperature around Chicago is cooler and see if I can't do better.

Thanks for sharing the amazing video. Was that about 15 car length you beat the M3 SMG?
