Looks like the RPM belts I ordered where canceled because they are no longer made so that sucks.
Really don't want to run a 50lb tensioner. Thats a lot of pressure on that belt and pulleys.

I went to a larger crank pulley (180mm), and this took car of all of the belt slip issues. One of the better decisions I made regarding this.

Yea I know. a 180 and stock upper would probably do the trick but I have had so many pulleys on this car I just cant see buying more but may have too. With my se up there should be zero slip but there is still some that will loose around 1lb or so now. You can even see it in the logs, it climbs, drops a little, climbs, levels off then starts to drop.
My worst thought is it will be "better" but not 100% with a complete change of pulleys.

Going with the larger lower then adds options to stack. I have the stock 90 for now, but may opt for an 83mm upper in time.

Even going from my now 77 to an 83 really doesnt add a huge amount of belt surface and your spinning it harder with say a 175-180. Who knows...

The 180/90 combo is equivalent to stock/77, but adding surface area, not taking it away, along with more wrap at the crank.

The ones I ordered and all other listings are no longer in stock or being sold from what all the contacts I made have told me.
Will look into the 50lb tensioner and find some people that have run it and get there opinions.

50# tensioner just seems like an incredible load on that first main bearing.

I know !! Back in the day I had a Ford Mustang with a supercharged 302 engine. I ran a Paxton Novi 2000 that made 25lb's of boost with a cog drive belt system. It took a few try's to get the front bearing from wearing far faster than the rest from the huge load on the crank snout under boost. More clearance, higher oil pressure and coated bearings did the trick.

Gave it a lot of thought and have gone back to the bypass valve. With the bypass plate installed the load on the blower created a lot more belt slip and the data logs showed a lot of peaks and valleys in the boost climb. For dag racing this would have worked better but not for the way I race/drive.
The boost/torque on the low end was WAY more than needed and I needed that in the upper rpm.
So now my only thoughts at this point are the engine is using more air than the blower can push or it is at it's limit.
I would like to swap out the crank pulley and spin the blower a little more and see what it does but the belt slip still needs to be delt with. Im going to try some belt dressing thats real sticky and see what it does.
