I'm running a 275/30-19 on a 9.5" wheel, so a 285 shouldn't be an issue, provided that it has a right offset to fit in the rear.
285/30-19 will fit without rubbing if you have the correct offset. some have fitted 315's, but that's fully maxed out. offset must be perfect. i rub when i hit any bumps with 285/30-20 because i run aggressive offset on 10.5 inch wide wheels. plenty of room inside if i ran less aggressive offset.

that'll fit. a very mild fitment which will allow for maximum tire size. you can fit wider than 285's with those wheels due to their offset and clearance on the fenders, but 285 is the exact spec for 10 inch.
