Hello everyone on the AMG E55 page, I usually post on the SLK 55 page as I am shortly getting a SLK55 (delivery on 12/13/04). I stopped by to see MarcusBenz at HOI today to iron out a few details of that purchase, my wife started looking at the E500 wagon on the floor and said she wanted one, I told her I would rather have an E55....Marcus being the salesman he is says the E55 will soon be available in a wagon so we placed an order for a 2006 E55 wagon to be delivered December 2005....Wolf

That E55 Wagon is amazing looking. They have had it in Europe for a couple years and the pics in my European F1 magazines look great.

Attached are a couple of photos that came on a CD that Mercedes sent with the wagon order guide. Apparently they have no formal printed literature as of yet. The order guide notes it is a 2005 model which I believe starts production next month.

Wow! I thought I'd never say this but that wagon kicks ars!!! I like the Audi's wagon too, they are starting to grow on me.

The Griswald family would be so jealous! Of course it doesn't have the quad front lights like Clark Griswald's station wagon but hey, it looks damn nice! I like it!

well u might aswell say the W211 looks like the W210

wagons from many car manufacturers tend to use similar rear tail lights (im assuming thats what u were referring to)

Yeah, it was the tail lights that misled me. I have a video of an E55 wagon. If someone can host it, I'll e-mail it.

Hello all,
I'm the wife he talked into this beast. Still not sure how I feel about all that power and my lead foot but at least we can fit the whole family in this one. I was looking at the brochure and it said the wagon comes with 4matic though it did not specify the E%% wagon. Is that not correct?

My existing E500 wagon is a 4matic but when I ordered the E55 wagon I was told 4matic was not available.
