2004 E55 Need WIRING DIAGRAM crank no Start

Good evening. Car drove fine, and one day at work it just wouldn’t start. I towed it home. Replaced CPS. No luck. Swapped fuel pump relay. No luck. I have 70 psi at fuel rail when cranking. Car just cranks and cranks. If I spray starter fluid in the throttle body, it’ll start for a couple seconds.
So, I’m looking for a wiring diagram/pin out for the fuel injectors. Or some help in what I should check next. Here are the codes I’m getting.

Clear codes and try to start again.
First code that pops up, that's where you start.

Also, the lower the code number, the higher priority. Your diagnostic system shows 12.2 volts but the highest priority code P201B is telling you the voltage to the Motor Electronics ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter?) is throwing a P0561 code which means the voltage is unstable. In your case the text is stating the voltage is too low.

In several cases where multiple codes appeared, I always attacked the highest priority. In all cases correcting that code eliminated all of the lower priority codes related to the highest code.

The voltage was low because of all the cranking attempts. The car was on the charger now, and still nothing.

Again. If someone has a wiring diagram of injectors, I think my problem may be ecu related. I don’t think my injectors are getting a signal.

The wiring schematics are in WIS. PITA to print them out in a fashion that allows normal human beings to read them. You literally have to have your computer nearby (preferably with a large-screen monitor) and scroll back-and-forth and up-and-down.
Be aware the Motor Electronics pinouts changed in MY06. MY03 to MY05 'should' be the same but I would tread very carefully when probing the connectors. See if the included info from Mitch Minton assists. Note there are several question marks so do not treat it as gospel.

Thanks Birdwell. I don’t have WIS. I have a 65” “monitor” in my shop I could look at diagrams. I’ll take a look with what you sent me. Thank you again.

FRONT SAM

So after more headaches and a week of work, I think I found the culprit. My front SAM has gotten moisture in it and I found some corrosion on the circuit board. I cleaned it up, and the car fired right up. Next day however, I have the same symptoms. So, my question is, Can I just get another SAM on eBay and replace it? Will it need to be coded? Will the car start if its not coded. Does it have to be from an E55 amg? Or will any w211 work? Thanks for your time.

In a word, yes, you can source a used SAM and install it. There have been a number of updated versions so you would want to source one that is one of the latest versions and for your car. Some from other models can work, but you will need to make sure it is suitable to your car. Recoding is highly recommended as there are so many different options on these models so updating is the only real way to make sure the new SAM will fully properly function.

Go to the MB online parts site and look up the part numbers compatible with your car. You would prefer to obtain the latest version but earlier versions will work.
