That thing is a rocket!
I see you have a "strut" to stop the motor from twisting. I've seen where small stiff shocks have been used on RX-7's as it's an issue. That way the entire load is isn't transmitted as hard to the car all at one.

I believe that "strut" is to increase tension to the stock belt tensioner.
