Both wheels appeal to me like fine women.

i think the Brabus VI wheels are heavier.

My opinion is the BRABUS VI looks better, but factually it is heavier than the OEM AMG.

2003 E55 Techtite over Blue Leather.
What I really want to lnow is whether or not the new 19" AMG optioned wheels on the CLS will fit the E55 since the two cars have similar platforms?
Those wheels on the E55 would look *****en. I have TPMS on my car & would hate to buy a wheel not compatible with the valve stems.

Brabus Monoblock VI is much heavier than the OEM AMG 55 wheels.

The AMG 19" Style IV multi-piece found on the CLS can be fitted on a E.

Well the HRE 547R gotta be one of the nicest wheels HRE has. I think i seen a picture of them painted techtite with a techtite car and it looked very nice. I think you are looking at an approx. 10lbs saving with 19" HRE vs. the 19" style IV.

The 547R is nice, but I think they are a bit played out. Almost every other W211s with HREs are using 547R.

Tectite grey is always my favorite color. Too bad that they dont offer this color on new cars anymore. It will look very nice with matching Tectite color wheels, I can even get you the AMG Style IV 19" custom painted in Tectite by AMG!

I dont think there is a 10 lbs difference between the HRE and AMG. A 19" HRE weighs around 27lbs, a stock AMG 18" weighs around 30lbs.

I have been told about a 19x9-19x10 wheel is approx. 25lbs. I was comparing it to the 19" style IV which will weigh more then the 18" AMG wheel. I would say maybe 10lbs or a little less lighter.

HRE 547r vs stock AMG on E55

Evosport fitted 19*9, 19*10 HRE's with pirelli ps2's on my car. They then lowered the car about 1 inch using a Kleeman module. No clearance problems. Handling is much improved over stock. Pictures will be posted in the next few days. These wheels weighed in about 3 lbs. lighter each compared to the stock AMG wheels.
