not a W211 but a CLS is bassed off of a W211 chassis so close enough
Wheels are MAE Crown Jewel 19X9.5" Front and 19x11.5" rear

Man that CLS is sharp. I first saw the name of the wheels before I saw the pic. And I was thinking crazy JDM fitment. But that thing is on point. Props!

Thanks Guys car is lowered with BC Coilovers, and yes those are "old school" MAE Wheels I bought from Germany 2 years ago, the production date on them is from 1996 ... the fitment in front is paper thin less then 2mm from caliper to spoke
