Even though its a CLS, it might be valuable information. I just bought some 20" Japan Racing SL01 for my CLS55:

20x9j / Michelin PS4S in 255/30/20
20x10j / Michelin PS4S in 285/30/20

They fit perfectly and they look awesome! More pictures in my build thread: https://mbworld.org/forums/c219/8443...thread-14.html

Please help a little Romanian 😁

Greetings😊
I own a 2007 W211 E320 Diesel. The factory setup is 16x8 et36 all around. I came across a set of WALD wheels front 18x8 et 35 , rear 18x9 et 35. They are conical seated.
Can someone please let me know if this will work or not? Or what will I need to make it work. I don’t plan on lowering the car or anything like that. Please advise on the length of the needed bolts as well.
The WALD wheels are just classy, simple and it was a cheap price( have to refurbish them)
Thank you in advance

They will only stick out ONE mil (as compared to your stock wheels). Go with the same length wheels bolts but make sure they are conical (OE bolts are ball seat) or you can do a Stud conversion (will give you some wiggle room should you wanna run spacers).

I couldn't find any data on the tire size that would go with a 16" wheel. According to google, your car comes with 17x8 + 245/45/17s. Using tire size calculator you should be going with 245/40/18s square to keep the new set up height the same as OE. You could step up to a 255/40/18 for the rear so the the tire stretches less, but, it will be slightly taller than OE. I encourage you to play around with these online calculators in order to figure out what size tires you should go with. Is your car 4MATIC? If so, it's very important for you to keep the overall front and rear set up height the same. Also, browse around this forum to see what others have gone with. Lots of info. here! Good luck withe new wheels and have fun!
