My uncle is about to order, just deciding on pros/cons of 04/05 among the other issues. He was able to get euro delivery for $2K off over the phone. The dealership is in Bremerton WA, and he lives here in OC, CA. They would ship the car to him. Anyone been able to do better than this?

$2k off the sticker is not a steal but certainly a good deal, this is how most MB sales reps would attract potential buyers, if your uncle could get another grand off that would be EXCELLENT!!

P.S I dont mean to say that hes not getting a good deal but everyone I know ususally got 2k off even me, i guess this is their policy

Just for clarification......when did MB change their policy on AMG cars availability for EURO delivery or are we talking a regular E here?

It's not totally unheard of to get Euro delivery on an AMG car, but your dealer has to want to go through the hassle of doing it for you.
$2k off isnt bad (better than I got, but I ordered my car in May and got $1k off), but considering you may be stuck with the bill of shipping, then I can't say that's the case. If he pays shipping, then it's good. I'm keeping in mind too, that you are in cali so prices are usually inflated there anyway.

Please confirm the dealer location, did you mean Bellingham? MB USA doesn't list a dealer in Bremerton. Can't be Bellevue because they cut no deals for no one.
