Autowerks is proud to offer a better solution to hide the SDAR (Satellite Digital Audio Receiver) antenna on your 2003-up Mercedes Benz E-Class. This product works with all sedan models, E320, E500 and E55.
Because of popular demand, we have integrated a SIRIUS satellite antenna inside a RENNTech W211 trunk spoiler that fits nicely on the trunk of your E-Class. The concealed SIRIUS antenna achieves excellent signal and reception strength, while the trunk spoiler enhances and completes the look of your E-Class.
The antenna receives signals from overhead satellites as well as terrestrial repeaters, ensuring you continuous reception. This kit comes with a single 20-feet micro-cable that has a curry-colored FAKRA-type SMB connector on the end. The kit is supplied with a SIR-SIP adaptor (SAT/TER) to allow connection to the factory Mercedes Benz SDAR receiver.
Professional installation recommended, and minor drilling required to secure spoiler.
This is a special order product, already will come pre-painted to match the factory color of your vehicle. Please allow up to 10-14 days before delivery.
Specifications: TBA
Pricing breakdown: RENNTech rear trunk spoiler - $395
SDAR Antenna with 20-foot cable - $70
SDAR SIR-SIP Adaptor - $30
Factory painting - $250
Custom fabrication and fitting of antenna module - $250
including connector modifications

I asked Aaron at ACC about the same item. He dismissed it as a viable option without understanding it includes an aftermarket SDAR antenna, rather than the oem antenna he'd like to sell you.
The MBWerks option you're looking at is a bit pricey, although I've considered it myself.

Wow, that seems like a great idea!! Sorry, don't have any experience with it.
The only problem I can see is that if you've already Sirius installed when you remove that old antenna you're going to have a quarter-sized hole in the middle of your trunk lid.

It isn't a bad idea for someone to explore making, but my only concern would be the hole left behind as well. It would still be a nice option for those plannig to add a Sirius to their MB.

Thats the thing, I dont have satellite radio at all. I want to add it and I hate that ugly little knub they put on the trunk. I love the RENN spoiler and it would be a nice way to kill two birds with one stone. If they dont make this, is there a way for them to hide that stupid little antenna knob thing?

I'm sure you could do a custom job as the antenna does not need to be MB to work. There are lots of them available for Sirius. The trick will be getting a spoiler that is thick enough to cover the antenna and yet not crack, etc. with time. Make it and Sell IT!!!!
