I am seriously considering trading my 210 in for a 211 sometime this summer. I saw a post for 619HP on a 211. Anyone see anything higher? Just curious. Sun..what are you up to now?

 

Highest I've seen for a stocker is 410 RWHP (stock except for K&N's). Still, that has to be at least 500 crank horsepower stock. The 619 HP number is crank HP for a Kleemann stage 3 W211.

 

I was inquiring about non stock 211's. Is Kleemann putting out the highest number?

 

Renntech's numbers are about the same.

 

Yeah i believe 619HP crank is the highest i've seen. But wait til the kleemann boys come out with their "secret weapon" that will sure raise everyones interest! What happened to the *** Gen II kit?

I'd like to answer that question. First off, hats off to you for bringing up a great topic--nothing like talking HP amongst friends.

A few months ago, I was asking the same question you are: "Who has the highest hp/best performance". I don't know about you but I recall that trying to find this info was like pulling teeth on a big, mean, hungry alligator. I recall Renntech and Brabus web sites and finding about zero info of any kind. Not to crush their business models, but for the size of their businesses, they could AT LEAST have an informative, up to date and easy to navigate website. IF YOU'RE LISTENING BRABUS AND RENNTECH--CALL YOUR WEBMASTER AND TELL HIM TO GO TO WORK. I vividly recall clicking links and coming to no info or "Coming Soon--2002". What the heck is that all about. IMO, Evosport had many irons in the fire (I can remember typing in Mercedes and seeing BMW spoilers---not the warm fuzzies I was looking for). They're probably all good companies but I look at what message they send. Needless to say that I was confused and unimpressed and learned very little about these above.

I found Kleemann on this site and researched their web site and found much beter info. From there, I visited them at their Colorado Springs North America office and was greatly impressed. Brandon and Cory are focused, detailed oriented people and I learned more in one day about MB's then a month of reading this site (no offense friends).

There are probably higher hp cars as you throw big money into the engine, but Kleemann sells these things as part of their normal everyday product line with pretty high hp numbers--high reliability too. My car is a daily driver when it's not snowing and I'm really happy with it's performance knowing the poeple behind the company.

Sorry for the commercial. I'm just really happy with the results.

I'm not sure but I think you can put their (Kleemann) supercharger on instead of stock with big/higher hp gains. I think Brabus does a big bore kit but can't find any info--I've heard it's 20k+ (I could be wrong).

Please continue your search. It will be interested to find out just how much hp someone is getting from this motor. Keep us posted and let us all know what you end up with.

I agree 100%.. I couldnt believe how these high end tuners had such poor information and websites.

With other tuners (different car markets) everything is there for you to see.. Sample pictures of all the products, pricing information, examples of installed cars, etc...

The only way to get info is to email them.. Then, if you are lucky enough to get a response, the returned information is poor.

 

Secret? Share! I guess I am getting tired of waiting for the Gen II. I might just throw practicality to the wind and get a 211.

Gid_E_Up..thank you for the welcome and info. I was holding out the the Gen II kit, but now I am ready to look at Kleenman and Brabus.

 

You can get the Gen II now. It's never going to make 619 HP though!

 

MKB has a 620 HP kit and I think they may even have a higher version if you read the fine print. Not sure of availability in US. Here's the link
