interesting... first I heard of it. sounds pretty serious. We should all take our cars in now.
HA HAA LOL! yeah right. I don't think i've had any issues. i'm more of the mindset, if it ain't broken, don't fix it.
It'll probably be added to a campaign like that lower panel thing below the driver. So that next time you bring it in, they'll address if it seems to have some issues.
I'm at 7K now! Probably going to bring it in for an oil change early next year! :-) I think i'll be find until then. :-)

I would not fool with steering lines coming loose and leaking fluid.....could break loose and cause more damage, etc....do the recall as recommended....with something like steering IMHO....

Apparently the recall concerns 2010 W212 sedans and 2010/2011 coupes (plus the C Class.) It doesn't appear to be engine specific.
