new TTV8 E63 at Beshoff in SJ
in the car for a little to look it all over and the MB AMG team has done a great job - no stick on it - was looks best is the new AMG wheels and big red brakes - sits just right (can always go a little lower) - can't wait to see some on the road and get perhaps a lil seat time - Sitting there - it just felt right - told the wife when i got home that a 212 wagon is in our future -

But yes the new 5.5TT E63 is an amazing ride with all the goodies added.

Anyways this car is going to be amazing... I just got the CLS63TT and the engine mated with the MCT is quite incredible. It seems (based on some members dynos) and feels (my experience) that MBZ has again been a bit conservative in their power numbers. If the car has the red calipers it has the performance package which gets you 550 hp (conservative) and 590 tq.
nothing wrong the QX at atll - we love it but it is freakin HUGE and can't seem to get over 14mpg even on the freeway - also we just moved into an older home (circa 1941) and my wife is adamant about getting both cars in the garage (won't fit) - the QX is 210 inches long vs GL at 200 - and she is a benz girl so have to keep her happy - and we should be leasing anyways as we seem to get new cars every 2-3 years with the exception of the E - can't let it go -

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

As for mods, lowering it right is my perogative and while I could go with Brabus or H and R springs up front, I have chosen the KW sleeved coilover system which just came out. Its the best option IMHO for a drop and keeping the handling intact. Its about 1-2 weeks out and ordered from Germany so maybe 2 weeks from now the car will be dropped. I just also ordered HRE Wheels today but they will take a little while to make since HRE has almost 60 cars at SEMA this year. Im looking at early November for the wheels. Im gonna paint the side markers next week and get the resonator removed for some increased sound. Then when I hit 1k miles Ill do the tune to get this car really rocking.

Keep for now... Its my only NA car that I enjoy and I love the white sedan with the black wheels and Pano roof. Ill hold it more than likely thru the middle of next year when I would consider an F10 M5...
